RailAdvice on a Study Trip to Scotland
We at RailAdvice recently returned from a study trip to Scotland, where we visited both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The trip provided valuable professional insights as well as many great experiences together as a team.
Along the way, we had the opportunity to experience several aspects of Scottish public transport, including the train journey between the two cities, Edinburgh’s tram network, and the Glasgow Subway, the third-oldest underground railway system in the world.
We also visited the Riverside Museum, where we gained fascinating insights into Scotland’s rich transport heritage.
This photo was taken after our guided tour of Glasgow Central Station, where the entire group was equipped with safety vests and caps for the occasion 😊. During the tour, we learned about the station’s history, operations, and significance as one of the United Kingdom’s most important railway hubs.
The study trip gave us fresh perspectives and valuable inspiration that we will bring with us in our continued work.
