Evelyn har jobbet i jernbanesektoren siden 2014 og har bred erfaring fra både offentlig og privat side. Hun har solid kompetanse innen trafikkavtaler, konkurranseutsetting og kontrakts- og økonomistyring, og kjenner sektoren godt etter arbeid med blant annet jernbanereformen.
Gjennom sentrale roller i Jernbanedirektoratet har hun ledet tildelinger av trafikkavtaler og forvaltet komplekse kontrakter.

Evelyn has worked in the railway sector since 2014 and brings extensive experience from both the public and private sectors. She has strong expertise in public service contracts, competitive tendering, contract management, and financial governance, and has gained valuable insight into the industry through her involvement in the Norwegian railway reform.
Through key roles at the Norwegian Railway Directorate, she has led the procurement of rail service contracts and managed complex contractual arrangements.
